As a delegate you play an important role in TEU as an organising union. Delegate roles are varied and fun! You help to engage and support other members alongside your organiser, map and recruit at your worksite, work with and support your branch leadership, help host union events and more.
Stepping up to become a delegate is critical mahi and by doing so you are growing kotahitanga and strength in our union. Kia kaha!
