Talking with the National President.

TEU Tumu Whakarae | National President Tina Smith is hosting a series of Zoom catch-ups with members, the first of which will take place this Thursday from 3-4pm.

The meetings are an opportunity for our president to hear ‘what’s on top’ for members as well as for those who attend to talk tertiary education and union matters in a relaxed, informal space.

As Tina Smith says, “meeting and hearing from members is a key aim of my presidency. My branch visits last year were a great highlight. This year we thought we’d also try some online times for us all to meet, talk, and laugh.”

Following this week’s get-together, further Zoom meetings will be held from 3-4pm on the following dates.
