Fair Pay Agreements webinars.

Fair Pay Agreements (FPA) – a framework that brings together unions and employer associations to bargain for minimum employment terms for employees in an industry or occupation – is up and running.

TEU supports FPAs, though is not directly involved in seeking one at this stage as most members in the tertiary education sector have strong collective agreements.

To help employees and employers better understand what the FPA system could mean for them, MBIE are hosting webinar sessions to provide information about the FPA law and system, including the following topics:

Overview of the FPA system
Rights and obligations under the FPA system for employees and employers
Where to find more FPA-related information and support
