2026 International Working Women’s Week.

International Working Women’s Week was marked across Aotearoa this year with strong engagement from TEU members, who organised 17 events nationwide, celebrating wāhine and shining a spotlight on workplace equity issues.

You can check out some photos from a few of the events on our Facebook and Instagram accounts.

Ensuring that members are enrolled to vote in the general election later this year is a priority piece of work – who can you check with to make sure they’re enrolled?

Our Te Pou Ahurei | National Secretary, Amy Ross wrote to all the leaders of tertiary institutions calling on them to actively support pay equity on International Working Women’s Day. You can read the press release here or check out the video she posted on Facebook here.
