One of the things we know from experience, is meeting with employers to discuss and negotiate collective employments, can take time. Another thing we know is that the more members there are at a worksite the easier it is for your issues and concerns to be heard by your boss.

2026 is a General Election year - and we want to use the fact that politicians will be talking about lots of issues, to get them also talking about vocational education. We'll need your help to achieve this, and we'll have more information about how we can do this in the coming weeks.

In the meantime, there are three things you can do:

  1. Come to TEU meetings
  2. Speak up
  3. Ask your colleagues to join with us - the more people that join the TEU the stronger we are.

This is our year to use our voice to make a difference to our communities, our learners, and our sector.
