After months ofgathering signatures and socializing the issue around the country, ourpenultimate event is next week. Here’s the details -Where? Parliament LawnWhen? Thursday 11th April, 12.30 – 1.30What? Speeches, Petition Handover, Politicians and FREE FOOD!Otago University Students’ Association is also running a parallel event atthe same time, contact Dermot Frengley at [email protected] for moreinformation (likely in front of the Clock Tower, TBC).

How can you help?

  • We would absolutely love it if as many people as possible were presenton Parliament Lawn on the 11th at 12.30pm
  • We are also interested in finding an academic to speak in amongst a fewstudents and politicians. We are hoping that this academic can speak onbehalf of the issues they see before them with their students they aresupervising, etc. Contact [email protected] if you are interested in this.
